Wallace is a federally qualified non-profit community health center providing highly affordable, quality care to East Multnomah County. Wallace’s new headquarters at Downtown Rockwood features critical medical, dental, and behavioral health services in 20,600 square feet of space to serve the local neighborhood. Mount Hood Community College Small Business Development Center offers business support and specialized curriculum to business students, providing tools and guidance to help their clients’ businesses become successful. The SBDC is backed by a statewide network of support and allows small businesses to access assistance and resources to fit their needs. MHCC SBDC opened at Downtown Rockwood in Fall 2020. Oregon Tradeswomen offers innovative trades-based training programs, trades awareness activities, and technical assistance to organizations seeking to be inclusive of women in trade occupations. Little Wings Academy offers full daycare and preschool services in Rockwood for children 6 weeks to 10 years of age. The mission at Little Wings Academy is to encourage children to learn best in an environment that is safe, clean, warm, positive, and responsive. They opened at Downtown Rockwood in Fall 2020.
